The Texas Dealers and Garagemen column of the April 1911 issue of Carriage Monthly:

"The Fort Worth Wagon Co., successors to Heaton Wagon Co., Neosho, Mo., has been organized and officers elected. The concern is capitalized at $150,000. Warren Heaton is general manager, the buildings are half way completed and removal of the old machinery from Neosho has commenced."
