Whitcomb Wheel Co. - 1928-1930 - Kenosha, Wisconsin

The Whitcomb was an unusual 6-wheeled bus with integral construction and coil ifs. It was powered by a 66.15hp 6-cylinder Wisconsin Z engine developing 105hp, and had a claimed maximum speed of 60mph. As a regular coach it seated 24 passengers, but for deluxe work this was reduced to 18. Prices ranged from $13,000 to $15,000. In 1930 a 3-ton truck was also listed by Whitcomb.
